Our services involve a multi-step process that begins promptly after your order is confirmed. Because we start working on your file without delay — submitting paperwork to U.S. government agencies, engaging registered agents, and incurring non-recoverable third-party costs on your behalf — our ability to issue refunds is genuinely limited once that process begins.

This policy explains exactly when a refund is available, when it is not, and what happens in the rare event that something goes wrong on our end. We have written it to be clear so there are no surprises.

1. NATURE OF OUR SERVICES

Advanced Ecommerce LLC provides administrative, technical, and informational services related to the formation and maintenance of U.S. Limited Liability Companies. Our service packages include, depending on the tier purchased: LLC registration with the relevant U.S. state authority, EIN procurement from the IRS, U.S. bank account setup, payment processor account setup, document preparation, and related administrative support.

All service packages are offered at a one-time fee. Upon purchase, we begin processing your file. This typically involves engaging a registered agent, preparing formation documents, and submitting your application to the relevant state authority. These steps trigger costs paid directly to third parties that cannot be recovered once incurred.

This is why our refund window is narrow and time-sensitive. We encourage all prospective clients to review the service package descriptions carefully and to contact us with any questions before completing a purchase.

 

2. WHEN YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL REFUND

You are eligible for a full refund only if:

(a) we have not yet submitted your LLC formation application to the relevant U.S. state authority; and

(b) you submit a written refund request to [email protected] before such submission occurs.

We begin processing formation applications promptly after receiving all required information from you and confirming payment. If you decide not to proceed, please contact us as soon as possible. The earlier you reach out, the more likely it is that your application has not yet been submitted.

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your full name, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of your reason for requesting a refund. We will confirm the status of your application and advise you of your refund eligibility upon receiving your request.

 

3. WHEN A REFUND IS NOT AVAILABLE

Once the LLC formation process has commenced, no refund will be issued. For purposes of this Policy, the formation process is deemed to have commenced upon submission of the formation application to the relevant state authority. At that point, we have already paid non-recoverable fees to government agencies and registered agents on your behalf, and the process is underway.

The following circumstances do not entitle you to a refund once the formation process has commenced:

• You change your mind about forming an LLC after submission.

• You decide to use a different service provider after submission.

• A U.S. bank or payment processor declines to approve your account. These decisions are made independently by the relevant financial institution based on their own internal policies and are outside our control.

• The IRS takes longer than expected to issue your EIN. IRS processing times are outside our control.

• Your preferred LLC name is unavailable or rejected by the state authority.

• You are dissatisfied with the processing time of a government agency.

• You did not review the service description carefully before purchasing.

We strongly encourage all prospective clients to review the service package descriptions in detail and to contact us with any questions before completing a purchase.

 

4. REFUNDS DUE TO OUR ERROR

We hold ourselves to a high standard of service delivery. If a service is not delivered due to an error that is solely and directly attributable to us — such as a technical error on our part, a failure to submit a document we were responsible for submitting, or incorrect processing of the information you provided — you may be entitled to a refund.

In such cases, the refund amount will reflect the nature and extent of the error:

• Full refund: if none of the contracted service has been delivered as a result of our error.

• Partial refund: if part of the contracted service was successfully delivered prior to the error. The partial refund will be proportional to the undelivered portion of the service, taking into account any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.

Each situation is reviewed individually. To report a service delivery issue, contact us at [email protected] with a description of the problem. Our determination following that review shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

For the avoidance of doubt, delays, denials, rejections, suspensions, or additional review by any third party — including state authorities, the IRS, banking institutions, and payment processors — do not constitute Company error, regardless of the outcome.

 

5. PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES

In any approved refund scenario, the refund amount will exclude non-refundable payment processing fees charged by third-party payment processors, including Stripe, PayPal, and Payoneer, as these fees are charged at the time of the original transaction and cannot be recovered by us.

The approved refund will therefore be the total amount you paid, minus the applicable processing fee, unless the refund is due exclusively to our error. In that case, we will absorb the processing fee and issue a full refund of the amount you paid.

If your refund is issued via bank wire transfer or involves a currency conversion, any additional transaction or conversion costs will be borne by you, except where the refund is due exclusively to our error.

 

6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

• Your full name.

• The email address used at the time of purchase.

• The service package purchased and the date of purchase.

• A description of your reason for requesting a refund.

We will acknowledge your request and advise you of your eligibility based on the status of your file at the time we receive your request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where technically possible, or via an agreed alternative method.

 

7. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

You agree not to initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, card issuer, or payment processor without first contacting us at [email protected] and allowing us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The purchased services are clearly described on the Website prior to payment.

• The services are administrative, technical, and informational in nature and may begin shortly after payment is confirmed.

• Once service delivery has commenced, non-recoverable costs may be incurred, including government fees, registered agent fees, third-party service costs, and internal administrative work.

• Outcomes dependent on third parties — including state authorities, the IRS, banks, and payment processors — are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for a chargeback or payment dispute.

• Dissatisfaction based on misunderstanding of service scope, timelines, or third-party outcomes does not constitute fraud, non-delivery, or an unauthorized transaction. You further acknowledge that chargebacks or payment disputes initiated under circumstances inconsistent with this Refund Policy or our Terms of Service may be considered a breach of contract.

If a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal is initiated, we reserve the right to: suspend or terminate active services associated with your account; contest the dispute using supporting documentation of service delivery; and seek recovery of any costs incurred, including chargeback fees, dispute handling costs, administrative costs, and related processor penalties.

Failure to contact us before initiating a dispute may be considered evidence of bad faith in any dispute resolution process.

 

8. THIRD-PARTY DECISIONS AND OUTCOMES

Our services are administrative in nature. We facilitate processes that involve third parties — including U.S. state authorities, the Internal Revenue Service, banking institutions, and payment processors. The decisions made by these third parties are entirely outside our control.

We do not guarantee that your LLC will be approved, that your EIN will be issued within any specific timeframe, that a bank account will be approved, or that a payment processor will accept your application. These outcomes depend on the policies, requirements, and internal assessments of the relevant third parties, which may change without notice.

A negative outcome from any third party does not entitle you to a refund, as our services consist of the administrative work we perform on your behalf — not the decisions made by others.

Accordingly, no refund, full or partial, shall be due solely because a third-party delays, rejects, denies, suspends, subjects to additional review, or otherwise declines any related request or application.

 

9. UPDATES TO THIS REFUND POLICY

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace this Refund Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this document. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
