Most web browsers accept cookies by default. You can configure your browser to refuse all or certain cookies or to notify you when cookies are set. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Website. For more information, see our Cookie Policy.

With respect to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals: most web browsers and some mobile operating systems allow you to activate a DNT setting to signal your preference not to be tracked online. There is currently no universally adopted technical standard for DNT signals. We do not respond to DNT signals except where required by applicable law. If a standard is adopted in the future that we are required to follow, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

Where immediate deletion is not technically possible (for example, data stored in backup archives), we will isolate the data from active processing until deletion is feasible.

10. DATA SECURITY

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include, where applicable: encryption of data in transit using SSL/TLS protocols; restricted access to personal data on a need-to-know basis; use of secure cloud storage infrastructure (Bluehost, Google Cloud); regular review of our data handling and security practices; and access controls and authentication requirements for personnel.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you transmit personal data to us at your own risk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or access information associated with your account or engagement with us.

11. DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION

In the event of a personal data breach — defined as unauthorized access to, acquisition, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of personal data — we will take immediate steps to investigate the breach, contain its impact, and assess the risk to affected individuals.

Where we determine that a breach is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority (where applicable) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with Article 33 of the GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
